Hi everyone, I am looking to find more and new opportunities within the real estate industry and have been listening to BP Podcasts for about 2 years now.

I wouldn't listen to people telling you it's unrealistic.

I have listened in on their free consultations just to get an idea of what they offer and what I discovered is that they teach the same things found in books you can find on Amazon written by Brandon Turner or J Scott.

The "BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast" is another resource I would suggest listening to for advice from seasoned investors.

Listen to them but take what they say with a grain of salt.5.

Hey Imdad -Honestly, I would just listen to the reputable companies out there that are doing a great job.

I have been reading and listening to the forums and podcasts for a while.
