I just signed up for the pro membership mainly to take advantage of the Deal Analyzers, but after analyzing several properties, I am struggling to find make the numbers work for me.

The free membership does not give you the most current listings and you would be unable to upgrade your listings.

I'm in a very similar situation and just started my Bigger Pockets membership.

Yet in google type in Biggerpocket with the same search term, and you'll get results.I don't know whether the difference has to do with the type of membership you have in Biggerpockets.
