But I guess, compared to a lot of new people, I take the stance of: those that are truly successful in whatever business they are teaching don't have time to teach.

I'm guessing because most newbies have never gone through a situation where they invest in unsecured notes (if we can even call these notes) and they stop receiving payments.

That's a real bait and switch scummy thing to do, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised these days. keep in mind this is not usually bait and switch it could be and they are not being scummy.they simply are at the whims of thier senior credit facilities wants and needs..
