Is there a good sample assignment agreement floating out there that someone wouldn't mind sharing?

I am thinking of going with a glue down vs. floating.

But I thought I'd float this one out there to see what kind of worst case scenarios might be there.Can anything be fixed for 50k?

To our advantage it was a floating rate & we paid very little of the high Int%.

The combination of the added living space and updates allowed me to really pull in premium rents/usually less than 24 hours from vacant to rented and the initial (plus ongoing) equity increase has been phenomenal.Of course the downside is that you have to float the house for ~2 months before you are done with the work and get it rented out.

How long can you float the monthly expenses on the hotel after you purchase it?

Once I have spread on my first layer of mud and have embedded the joint tape I skim it one more time with a fairly light coat and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, then i use a really moist clam shell sponge and float out the edges before it dries completely.

Then with the money saved up by not paying rent/mortgage you take that money and roll it into your new flip/rental venture whatever floats your boat.

Should we factor in a conservative interest rate as there are fixed and floating interest rates.
