Once fixed, the plumber confirmed everything was working 100%.Fast forward 3–4 days, and now multiple units are reporting toilet backups.

I'm aware of this model just as Jason is BUT it isn't the model that we follow.

Some private lenders like the one I work with doesn't require appraisals on fix and flip/new construction loans and also doesn't require tax returns/W2s.

There are DSCR 5-8 unit programs that have 30 year fixed rate terms for DSCR 1 ratios.
