Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?

Full kitchen and bathroom remodel, new floors, drywall, interior and exterior paint, landscaping, and misc.

roof looks solid, saw the newer HVAC compressor, and the landscaping seems like it won't be a huge burden.  

I don't know if I want someone doing landscaping to charge me on a unit basis for my 27-unit property. 

Pool but make the backyard Instagrambale with over the top landscaping.
