Sometimes it's hard to find good plumbers, and if you've already talked with the owner and they didn't compensate you or lower the cost, to me, that seems unreasonable.

If the water bill is $100 a month, increase the price by 20% (or whatever you decide is fair) to compensate you for the time required to split and bill and to cover additional use when tenants squander the utility.

Actually it's good drawback which means they are serious lender/brokers.But at the same time, they should also give compensation at the end, for example giving credit or such or faster closing.
