Regional hospital in Denison, Two huge casinos in Oklahoma and a number of smaller ones, Four TI chip plants under construction, and they already have a plant there now, but not sure what it makes, Tyson foods factory (I think chicken), airport that I would think gets some cargo service (but no passenger service yet).

So visiting the property could have some value, depending on your goals of the visit.I have hosted investor tours at properties in the past, where we dedicate time with our investors and the community manager to walk the property so they can see their investment, as well as talk about current operations, how the business plan in going, and allow them to meet people on the team that they invested with.

I want them to focus on hosts and the guest experience for the actual stay but they sometimes have shiny object syndrome.
