I'm not sure if the program is still going on, but has definitely revitalized a lot of the area when it was once destined to follow the way of other older cities that are aging out of existence both in terms of people and property.

I feel quite intimidated only seeing people with large followings and MULTIPLE properties.

I don't really follow him, so I'm not sure how many have been called since or if he would actually state if he had.

Seeing many parallels to "the community" here (you know, the ones who follow the biggest go-giver ever himself).

Many I have seen have more of a Reward over Risk thought process, get $ quick mindset basically but don't realize the risk, time constantly following up and sleepless nights wondering and waiting all for a small fee. 

When his followers came on here about a year ago and spammed these forums with cult-like nonsense posts, I tried to watch a few videos of his and realized right away that a lot of what he was saying is very questionable.

Again, treating folks with housing support funds with the same dignity and respect as everyone else, usually nets quality clients that listen and do their best to follow the rules.
