Hello Everyone,I am currently in the process of opening a pack-and-ship store and am seeking a suitable rental space.

Anything that is almost guaranteed to be used daily in your rentals (i.e. couches, bed, chairs), I'd try to invest in as much quality as you can for those specific items.Some store sites will let you filter for "contract grade" or "commercial grade" items - these are the sorts of furnishing that get put into higher-use commercial applications such as hotel lobbies, apartment building amenity spaces, etc. 

My three pieces of advice:(i) Source of Life liquid vitamins (on Amazon.com)(ii) Rowing machine (see velocity fitness rower, also on Amazon) -- can get a good work out in only 30 minutes and doesn't take up too much space (albeit more than an exercise bike)(iii) Juicing (with less fruit juice) every day

And I don't see places where people don't feel there kids are safe to ride their bikes around as good long term investments. 

Get a few of those and read them - that way you can start to get familiar with what kinds of things can happen in a house, and how big of a deal it is to fix each one of them.If there are any new houses being built in your area (like, within bike or bus/train range), and the neighborhood is relatively OK, go over to that neighborhood, after the workers have left for the day, and see what building a house looks like. 

You didn't mention it but hotel would be deductible as well.People always look at us funny when we are in a store checkout. 

It’s is much more analogous to the large department store having a premium brand running a dedicated area with their own expert staff- which is exactly what they do.Look at the various “make up” counters in any mall anchor department store.
