I know the 20yr city development plans, I know of the waste water treatment facilities that are wrapping up approvals and have not even broke ground yet and exactly how many w/s laterals will be approved with such. 

Need a creditor attorney ASAP, lenders are generally first for proceeds, but they absolutely will approve a plan you don't love.

@Aubrey Adams-Thanks for the post / question -I would recommend developing a hypothetical plan  ( purchase price / loan amt needed ) and get pre approved ..this process is free and it will help get you organized and also to educate you  in many ways ..if you never end up buying - no worries and no costs have been wasted 

Get pre-approved for a buy and hold loan- It could be multifamily, single family.... depends on the market3.

(This HOA was not FHA approved, but now even single-unit "spot approval" is no longer possible.)

Rehab the house while you get lot split approved.

Does anyone know of solid valid reasons you can provide TLO with to get approved for their skip tracing service?
