That's not exactly a good alternative to sub to. 

So at this point given the large amount of income that the wealth management company kicks off, this very nice profit from the real estate portfolio is looking less and less attractive every year especially considering the time and mental real estate it takes up for her and the tax consequences.

With that being said, if you're comfortable with a long term hold, San Diego and especially coastal, will always be attractive imo.

Alternatively, you could pause bookings for a short period to complete any bigger changes without rushing.It really comes down to whether you’re prioritizing immediate income or taking the time to make it 100% yours.
