Type his/her name in different ways then end it with Instagram or Twitter.

People pay for people to give them recommendations, follow them on twitter and facebook.  

i know of people who swear by Facebook and Twitter, others love sitting at open houses, still others knock on doors (Edward Jones' business model)...and then there's the neighborhood expert, who spends so much time researching and analyzing the market that they become the go-to person the media leans on (Jim Cramer).  

Get a Twitter/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Snapchat account and use them frequently.

That being said, I read an article this afternoon about strategies for listing a rental property online that I thought was posted on the Bigger Pockets twitter account but I can't seem to locate the link.  

I have created a twitter and facebook account to promote the sites but that has only been recently. 

I'm trying to add this weapon to my tool box so  what do you guys think #Brrrr ( or does that only work on Twitter ?)

You can use Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, search Twitter for investors in your area, search LinkedIn for investors in your area.

Social Media- Search on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc for cash buyers in your city.

You wanna, or is it more binding that clicking "follow" on twitter?
