Some of the time you discover synergy which was not obvious from the first contact.BTW, use LinkedIn, Facebook and other tools.

My wife and I both speak Spanish and we love enjoying everything that PR has to offer and sharing those experiences with friends and family. 

I had hoped that this move would spark a natural synergy to improve the customer experience, but there has to be at least SOME processes underneath it, IMO.

I live in California in a city where a large part of the population speaks Spanish.

I am 33, originally from the Philadelphia area, and have spent the last seven years residing in the D.C. metro area (Arlington, VA, specifically), where I work as a freelance Spanish and Portuguese translator.

I do speak some basic Spanish and would be able to communicate with the tenants.

This led me to select a broker with a strong in-house property management team, because it allows me some synergy when serving those clients.
