The stairs with a closet that we enclosed into a 4th bedroom.

It had a large loft space upstairs with a closet that we enclosed into a 4th bedroom.

Garage was converted to bonus area by previous owners, so we decided to add a his and her closet to make it a 4 bedroom.

Each house has its own cleaning supplies/extra linens in locked closet that guests can't access.

Bedrooms:  Size appropriate for size of house, any 'nested'-go through one to get to another- closet sizes and condition of closetSMELLY:  any scent of mold, pets, pet pee, smoking, smoking pot, etc.Fireplace, check chimney from outside for condition and inside for conditionpool, check for condition, check deck and all attachments-heater? 

However, if you can find a 2/2 with a den or anything that could function as a third bedroom (even without a closet), it can make a difference. 

So I did my due diligence and ordered the inspection and it came up with just a little mold in one closet in the bathroom.

There are stains in the ceiling of my bedrooms, closets, and bathroom.

It is basically a bedroom (has a window and closet), but it also has a second closet that serves as the utility room.
