WE sell a lot of new construction to the under 40 .. probably 70% of them  and believe it not many pay cash and a lot of cash 500k to one I sold in Jan. for 2.2 million.. burnt out wall st. trader with young kids.. wants to relocate to Charleston and be in the historic district..

Moreover the very same people does not make use of the interest tax reduction from their mortgage and paying way too much tax. how about the more riskier stockmarket, and the way more volatile commodities and Forex.

For ex, dont ask a contractor " hey , what should I do to make it legal "  .

Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Starbucks.- These companies have done a lot of market research and tend to be in nicer areas.

And there's Roofstock's value proposition.Heck, I just overpaid for the bananas I bought at Trader Joe's.
