Hey @Paul Sanders, so asking Co-Pilot isn't something I would rely on at all. :)Now, the CC&R's are totally valid and I believe the language is pretty clear on restrictions.

I don't know your market well at all (I am in Colorado) but even a couple hundred extra a month from an additional LTR in the basement could make this worth it to hold on to given the situation you're in.
