i have seen plenty of stories and heard that the Chinese and Brazilians ,are buying properties in the US and paying cash. i am just curious to know ,if it is really true  that they are paying cash ?

Ask yourself how many of those 10 million dollar apartments in NYC, San Fran, LA etc would the Chinese of purchased if they could've gotten 5% from a gov bond?  

I have property ranging from very cheap to middleclass to upperclass then the palatial and luxurious properties, I also have vacant lots, land and farms in which many of my Chinese Cash Buyers love.

But now you have tech so well entrenched.. you have Chinese capital by the billions that has paid cash for prime BA real estate along with many other nationalities.. any area can suffer a correction.. but unless there is a Major Earth quake or some other outside influence . 

If you go to Italian restaurants a lot, you'll order pasta a lot more often than if you go to Chinese restaurants.Likewise with houses. 

You'll see what I mean by that when you move here.  2008 was the tail end of the Chinese drywall debacle down here.  

Cheap Chinese stuff is a big concern as they can manufacture using chemicals that are illegal around the world.1.
