@Mragank Yadav, South Cities like Federal way & Tacoma typically have more inventoy than northern Cities like Everett & Lake Stevens.Prices are a los a little less, so this may be a better fit if you wanted to max your budget at $500KFeel free to reach out if you have questions!

If buying a condo/apartment (in PR we don't make the distinction like in the states) I would stick to Condado/Isla Verde/Miramar in San Juan since you can rent it to tourists as well as locals.
