This seems to be pretty elaborate for a scam.

I don't know them at all, never heard of them, but that really doesn't mean anything.Looks like they are a UK company also involved with crypto.If you are in the US, I think I would look elsewhere.Might look at a review on webparanoid.com Just reading a couple of articles earlier tonight about some pretty big crypto scams. 

I didnt even use the correct address (for scam protection reasons)  and the pic literally only showed a generic couch and coffee table. no private forms, computers, etc.

Is it a legitimate company or just another one of the real estate scams out there?

These can also be scams, so beware how you treat initial deposits or drafts for amounts owing in any business transaction. :)Edited:BTW, speaking of cash, saw a Realtor photocopying cash received.

I know most of these commercial ones are scams (I know some aren't too). 

And I guess just depends on my mood that day. what I think though is wild is the fake lenders that try to get a conversation going only to obviously try to scam you out of a few dollars. get one of those about once a month.. 

I tried syndicating (I think Zillow, Hotpads, and Realtor.com) through Cozy and was scammed several times.

(please don't use OSB) Foundation Repair - this is hands down the biggest scam trade I have seen. 

But rents always go up, and values usually do too, values here are about back up to late 2005 levels according to Zillow.I don't view RE as a living, or a fast money scam like some newbys seem to, but as a secure retirement, since my other freelance business does very little for me in that way.
