I predict at least 5 people will say "lend it to me" and at least 2 people will private message you to try to scam you out of your money.It isn't necessary to post an amount to ask this question and it kinda puts a target on your back.And on top of that, there is no correct answer to the question.

There are alot of scam lenders out there these days, i am seeing more and more people who are submitting lock/deposit fees to "lenders" they have no experience/information on, only to see those "lenders" just run away with their money. 

I actually suggest a laser printer, the thing about low use with the inkjets is the inkjet cartridges dry out easily, and/or they "self-clean" which is where they just use up their own ink, and the cost of the ink is a total scam. 

However, with our unfortunate experience with the pandemic and being scammed by unscrupulous contractors, we had to renovate twice which seriously impacted our final numbers.

Much smaller chance of getting scammed like on Craigslist.

That is good you went through HA as I have heard of scams where someone claims this last minute and moves them to another property that is crappy.

So this guy @Raphael Kisel is a scam artist.

I always wondered if that was a scam or if they were illegally accessing homeowners’ credit information.

Caution on the rampant use of social media by FAKE lenders who are out to just steal deposit money from you.no real lender is going to ask for 500 to 800 up front.. also rates too good to be true like 5 to 7 % that is not REAL.Also BS line of how the rates are that low because your buying an insurance policy that protects lenders.. that also does not exist in these loans.. its another BS line.Offer to send you a picture of the guy or gal your talking to holding up their ID.. no lender does that .. all those are fakes and phonies.. think the Nigerian prince scams  they are scammers.
