I am a full-time Landscape Architect and been learning about real estate investing this year in hopes to start getting into on the side.

This doesn't even take into account the wait time if you need an architect to produce plans.  

Yup I was waiting to see if anyone caught that for sure they are either operating completely illegally or just not real. another pump and dump due diligence off shore scammer is how it appears I could be wrong.. but if you need an NMLS registration and a state license and your in business and you dont prominently display it on the first page of your website your in deep Kimchee

If you’re advertising for services that require a real estate license - IE representing buyers and sellers - you need to have your name, license number, and brokerage logo prominently displayed on the marketing piece.Now, what most licensees DON'T know is that there is another section of code that is for licensees advertising for services that DO NOT require a real estate license - IE purchasing a home.

Similar to how you have residential/commercial architect or contractor.

You may want to post a couple of "No Trespassing" signs prominently visible.
