I've seen people trying to scam like this and I feel really sorry for them.Even if someone uses a property manager, I call the actual owner and ask them if they can speak to the tenant or give me the name of their property manager.

In my opinion all of the "Online Foreclosure" sites are somewhat scams.

I'm being told by everybody that its a scam but I can't figure out the angle...Has anybody ever heard of them or done any business with them?

I've also had middle class tenants pull the same scam from time to time.

Please no scam artist because I will be triple checking all responses.I have been told many stories by AEs and have seen no results.

My mother in law is in the middle of a situation with an old man who truly was scammed out of his house by an unscrupulous investor.

Also one of the ads is confusing and almost seems like a scam ad you see on CL.
