Seems like the answer is have the reserves to be able to deal with a downturn.As for Canton itself, I find the plant to be more of an eyesore than a smell issue.

coulda woulda shoulda bought the fertilizer plant a friend offered to sell to me for 45k in 09 that just sold for over 300k with no improvements just some other lucky guy sat on it until the economy came back didn't even use the buildings just left them empty and paid his taxes....

They will instruct a party to continue under their guidance, bait the bad doer and move in on them or, they will have a "plant" buyer to make an offer or entice business and then nail them.

They are happy because they can plant roots and get into a property that they can customize to their liking that they otherwise would not be able to do at this time.
