I work for a Property Management company in New Jersey, where we manage various properties across the state and New York City.

The upstairs loft is underutilized..its just another living room, you need to do something very different there (adult games, poker, pool table, bar etc perhaps?)

I live in New York City.

The apartment had new plan filed calling it a home office, the living room was called a waiting room, and the kitchen was renamed an entertainment bar.

Especially with the microchip plants moving into Central New York State.

We still have to network and create a reliable team, so this would serve us as time to meet contractors/agents/other investors/etc...We are planning to start investing ~$200k depending on the deal.I'm writing this post to get some advice from somebody who might be more experienced in New York, and possibly to start creating some connections.

One on the holder in the kitchen, one on the holder in the master bathroom coffee bar area and one in the pantry.We offer a ton more stuff.
