(Hell anyone can create a web page these days) I think I know the answer but should I run away?????

I took the time to compile a list of lenders that are local in my area, researched their webpages, and will be calling all of them tomorrow.

But, everyone else on this webpage loves investing also which means your answers might be one sided, its important you find what you like and what you are ready for.
