After reading so many intros of young, single, eager individuals, I'm hoping I'm not too late to the game! 

I've watched several "Webinars" (pretty sure they're just hyped up YouTube videos and not what I would consider a webinar) right here from BP that are really just a push to become a "PRO" and gain access to all the tools.

Based on your advice to newer investors, should I play the long term game by paying off my house early (2030)?

For example, incorporating energy-efficient solutions and smart home technology has been a game-changer in similar markets, especially when paired with features like office spaces that cater to remote workers.As for potential add-ons, corporate housing partnerships are a brilliant suggestion!

Starting out, single-family was my go-to—easier to manage and a great intro to the game.

The truth is, they will keep playing games and milk you for every penny they can, then they will leave the house a mess and cost more with cleaning, repairs, and vacancy.

That is an upfront game plan with numbers that should be somewhat fail proof if done correctly.Lastly dont forget that 85% of people who take out a HELOC end up doing a refinance within 3 years to consolidate into one loan.
