On top of that a thief is just as likely to take the camera with them if they notice it.I would inform local law enforcement and ask for a few extra night time patrols, talk to the neighbors and ask them to keep an eye on the place and call if they see anyone suspicious, and possibly consider staying at the reno 1-2 time per week.

If instead they are a bunch of tenants with broken business models that the seller stuffed in there just to sell then you should stay away.The fact that the lease rates are much below close properties makes me suspicious.

My agent had to call the company the listing agent works for to have him return his calls. and we have the the tree of call attempts.That is why I am kind of suspicious about their resistance to do the inspection.Can I use this tree of call in some way to do the inspection.I want the deal, but also If there are issues in the building either they should be fixed by the owner, or drop the price and I'll take care of them later.Thanks again.
