How much did the course cost and does it come with support?

There are indeed many tempting short-term investment opportunities in the market that look very attractive numerically, but their potential risks can easily lead to pitfalls.

There is a lot of information on BP regarding being a private lender and outside groups taht have a lot of support in this space.

- We had 2 break-in & furnace & HWH thefts there this year:(File a claim ASAP, you'll need:1) Utility bills to prove electric & gas were on2) A police report, proving a break-in3) Pics/video to prove the condition of the property to support theft claimWhat are you doing to mitigate additional damages?

Focus on one or two target markets, get familiar with the numbers, and use tools like BP calculators to analyze potential properties.Whether you start now or after graduation depends on your bandwidth, just have the right systems and support in place first.

It was an office building owned by a somewhat shaky business, but did have numerous long term roof leases for wireless providers.  

Major issues are lack of parking, lack of elevators, leading to numerous unlived in units.
