And they also are not 'open concept' but have small parlors and formal dining rooms, etc. 

I would put up a lot more in-focus photos, of each room and the bed configurations and sizes, all of the bathrooms, more of the kitchen showing the fridge and the dining area, and the backyard or porch with the barbeque you provide. 

Governor's suite is pricey but there's three of us coming and we wanted the dining table and living room area to talk shop while we're in the room.

I purchased a rental last year that has the garage converted into a dining room and I'm having issues with that room.

Nobody uses a dining room, make it a sleeping area.
