There is a "sponsor exemption" but that only allows an unlicensed person to raise money but it cannot be more than 50% of their duties and the pay they receive cannot be based on how much they raised.If you have never raised $, a family office will be off the table as they typically want the company to ahve atleast $50-$100M in assets.

While this is certainly a way to find syndications, it comes at a cost because the crowdfunding portal is a business and has to receive revenue in order to survive.This revenue can come from the investor or the syndicator, or both.

What kinda gets me is when the same poster becomes hostile, argumentative, accusatory and or sarcastic because they’re not receiving the response they want (and probably just paid $5k + for knowledge/information/mentorship that won’t lead to their desired result).
