I agree with Nathan-you may have gotten rid of most of the mold (which will grow back quickly if any is left), but there is somehow moisture coming in that is allowing it to live.

Expenses do not take a break so until you have no expenses taking breaks should be quick and infrequent.

Maybe also consider if they are "good people" that work in the community and just want a safe place to raise their family.
