Should I take the plunge and move forward or should I wait and see.

Hi Jack -- thank you for your generosity and wisdom.I've been working in SFH flips and land wholesaling for a number of years, but have never taken the plunge into rentals.

Good for you, for taking the plunge- it's exciting and rewarding.Every state has great opportunities.

I'm going to end up breaking even on this house (i.e. zero expense or profit), and still I don't regret it because I get to use it as education on pitfalls I didn't know to watch for.Take the plunge.

I have one rental property and I’m contemplating on taking the plunge, and starting to create a rental portfolio and get away from working for the man.

I’ll check around locally and see who has some experience before I take the plunge.
