Greene is alluding to those who have their own teams in place.. that have a fiduciary to them.you as a wholesaler have no fiduciary perceived or in reality.. also pictures as others stated simply dont tell the whole story and never will.. but if your buying 30k beaters thats one thing.. your buying a 200k house that needs a 100k and will flip for 450k well those you should look at yourself
