My mother, having run a few nursing homes, knows all too well the shortcomings of some retirement or long-term care facilities.

This is for an 8-unit building in DTSJ.Corporate rentals and travel nurses are definitely a good niche.

They won't cash flow as well as some of the C type areas, but I'm renting to doctors, nurses, and downtown commuters.

There are travel nurses and student types that would be looking for a bedroom, and renting those out individually might do well.

Having a wife that is a nurse is def a plus.

I don't know.. you have doctors and nurses renting those.. and they are just pleased as punch to have a great place to live they never move.. really solid renters for sure.
