The Harlan house is the one that has a proposed zone change....it's the one that makes me most nervous about that sort of thing.

So I’m nervous the bank might say it’s equity hasn’t risen 20K for some reason.I also would like to purchase my next home in the city where I am relocating but I worry my debt to income ratio would be to high and risky for me to get another mortgage.

A bit nervous and hoping this is the right move...but can’t be content with prior success as without stepping out of our comfort zone there can be no growth.

Hey BP question:Im currently in the end process of buying my first property a multi, extremely excited and nervous.

The contract would be locked in and I would be committed but if for some reason the zoning never happened I would be entitled to receive my earnest money back.Dorothy, you bring up a good point that somewhat makes me nervous.

I am very ready to take the actionable steps needed to make my first investment but I'm extremely nervous that as soon as I do the market is going to tank.
