Given that there are two ways to grow your business, organically, posting here and on social media, I for instance have a blog, now both in my experience and talking with people who have or had tried to build that way, it’s wayyyyy harder now than before, interest in real estate is way down, I know a few people with pretty large YouTube following’s views are way down.

Economists, investors, brokers, and countless media outlets (including Youtube) share market predictions in January and the preceding months.

Since I have begun researching (kind of obsessively) all my social media feeds have been filled with these things you are describing (paper flips, slow flips, subtos, etc).

They have removed me from the private fb group, blocked me from all social media, and will not allow me into the daily live office hours because I started telling people about this.

Also, join STR/AirBNB groups on social media. 

Or, if I want to STOP using Facebook wastefully, I make it a goal to maximize my social media use to grow/build my business and give myself points for that intentional use.

It seems like every realtor and lots of local investors have podcasts and do videos on social media.

Don't underestimate the power of online forums and social media groups.

If I was starting out today I imagine it would be much worse, the result of (mis)information that is so prevalent and readily available on social media.
