That means reading as many real estate books as you can, listen to an endless amount of podcasts, attend as many meetups you can, and try to find a mentor by finding someone doing what you want to do at a large scale and provide them value (expecting nothing in return).

I am currently listening to their masterclass and mostly because I was out of RE for a while and want to see what's new and I need help with some other things at this point.

Hello everyone, I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for while and now its time to surround myself like minded individuals!

I have read many books, listened to many podcasts, had a few networking calls with real estate investors, and am currently taking a LinkedIn Learning course on real estate investing, but I am not sure about what to do as a next step.

I'm not sure whether it would or wouldn't benefit me.It seems like some of the podcasts that I have listened to has members that had property and were property managers.I did some more looking and it is possible that I would need a realtor's license or even a broker's licence if I wanted to add other properties that weren't my own.If that's the case, I may not do property management for a few more years.
