Red Cloud is a big, legitimate company.

It just seemed odd to me but I can understand the reason for doing it and that it is legitimate income.  

I've never heard of this method before and I'd like to learn more about it.I see that you're involved in a turn-key business, so you might endorse it more than the average person would, but I do wonder if it's a legitimate way for someone to make money in REI. 

NOI of 100K - I would check on cap rates as in legitimate from a commercial real estate Broker in the area not how they are discussed on this website to determine actual value.

Because I am just starting out, I'm having a hard time deciphering between legitimate and "scam" companies and have already been burned once.Thoughts or insights on these companies?

For registered and legitimate service animals, Matt is 100% correct. 

If you want to legitimately collect you would need to hire another contractor to do the work which will cost you much more money.

It’s actually decently priced for a legitimate contractor that has overhead, not your man with truck and tool kinda guy price.

Make sure you get proper proof that the animal is a legitimate support animal (i.e. get a verified letter from the psychologist/psychiatrist, call the office of the psychologist/psychiatrist, etc.).Hope this helps!
