The only members I've found with multiple deals are his partners who were already successful, just like Pace, and they use the newbies to help generate more deals.

The fund could essentially pay no preferred return/dividends to the LPs (Class A Members) during the holding period and then upon a Capital Transaction the GP (Class B Members) would still be entitled to receive 30% of the distributions, simply after returning the LPs initial capital contributions.

I know we all experienced a significant disruption at the initial transition, but it's now been almost 60 days.
