Even a one horse town has tons of folks who simply can’t get a mortgage that must rent . 80% of millennials cant qualify for a home loan ...80%!

@Diallo Jones I've been stalling a bit to reach out to homeowners.

We've been sued twice in the last two years by borrowers who did everything they could to stall foreclosures.

If it starts to stall, time for a checkup and get a prescription for more properties to get you feeling better ;)

For example, service animals (which are for physical disabilities) can only be dogs or miniature horses. 

And yes all rooms and livingroom horse hair.

After weeks of stalling by the seller/bank (Wells Fargo) the seller informed my realtor their paperwork for the short sale is not in order and the seller wants me to pay for the title search for the bank to get paperwork in order to proceed with short sale from seller to bank then bank to me. 

He's also got a 5-7 stall horse barn with tack room and a large tractor/equipment building with A/C office space. 

I have always been fascinated with Real Estate and it hasn't escaped me that pretty much all rich people own real property somewhere.I originally had planned to take some time to educate myself further before jumping in, but recent family events have left me in a position that I am being looked at to do something with a family home, so I guess it's time to get on the horse! 

It's enough to choke a horse!
