Not worth the potential financial or even emotional hiccups that may occur.Talk with the same company, tell them you need 350 a door (or whatever your number is) with the same other general parameters being equal and wait.

, which is fine if it keeps going up but if there's a hiccup for any reason (ie 2008/9), people will be massively upside down and will need to be able/willing to fund their properties for years.
