What, other than Comps, is used to price a home?

@Marty Gold,When comps are scarce, you can sometimes take the available recent sales and/or current listings and break them down to $ per square foot and use that to make a guess.You'll find BPers are not fond of that, but when there's nothing else to go on it will give you a number without shelling out for an appraisal or working with an agent/broker for a CMA.Get a CMA when you can.

I remember the days of trying to learn the @Mention system fondly :) It's a little slow so give it a sec but you'll want to @ the person's name like you did but give it a second for the software to catch up so you can click on the suggestion.
