@Marty Gold,When comps are scarce, you can sometimes take the available recent sales and/or current listings and break them down to $ per square foot and use that to make a guess.You'll find BPers are not fond of that, but when there's nothing else to go on it will give you a number without shelling out for an appraisal or working with an agent/broker for a CMA.Get a CMA when you can.
