My primary focus is on Wholesaling and Rehabbing in NJ and PA area.I’m eager to learn more about strategies, best practices, and the challenges of real estate investing, especially from those with experience or breaking into the market.

In addition to my full-time role as an engineering manager, I’m building my real estate business as a side hustle with plans to grow it further.My current focus is on assisting first-time homebuyers and investors, but I’m always eager to explore new strategies and opportunities.

So now is a good time to buy if you leverage your ability to put a good amount down and close...that is attractive to sellers that are eager to get out of their property. 

They also have a track record of five prior funds which the track record was certified by a third party firm.

As I complete my current project, I'm already eager to take on the next one and explore creative ways to maximize property potential.

The bank had a problem with my holding LLC and after speaking with the law firm who created the LLC they were still confused. 

I just got off the phone with a law firm doing the foreclosure legal work for a bank.

Seems like taking advantage of eager investors with exaggerated marketing claims. 

But I am eager and willing to learn!
