My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

I've heard mixed reviews on it but we don't prefer to deal with Section 8 here, it's an arduous process.

Going through this process to close a similar deal I know this does not fall within most banks box but do you think might be a loan your bank would consider reviewing?

I have very terrible experience with CR of Maryland, and It turns out a nightmares' for me ever time for me to review the monthly statement.  

Review the quality of the tenant base (do they have a history of paying on time, what were the original screening criteria, do they have applications on file).

There's a lot of sites and resources such as Angi, Thumbtack, Bark, and manually searching Google (reviews) and Yelp for a handyman.If you're looking to go commercial you may want to consider someone like Mr Handyman (neighborly).

If you're allowed to object and you're still within your objection period, you may want to review your title commitment for objectionable matters that may give you a right to terminate without penalty.
