Have you reviewed the credit scores or do you know roughly what the loan to value will be after the cash out?

They want to  review all course content, they want copies of all articles and written materials you have written (can you imagine handing over 20,000+ posts?

However, I read some bad reviews about them. 10% service fee from landlord, plus 8% from tenants.

Hey Cameron, for experienced investors I can lend up to 100% of the purchase and rehab costs on 1-4 unit properties.

I haven't seen much said about them but I'm satisfied with what I've experienced.. they've made me money and I collect rent every month.
