As I mentioned above I think the Fed is trapped and it's not just me, here's Tim Duy's take on the latest Fed Statement [emphasis mine]:The FOMC statement provides little new information about the timing or pace of future rates hikes.

Interest rates have a big impact on cash flow for buy and hold investors.So if you are in an area where there can be expected to be significant increase in property values there should be less emphasis on the cash flow.
