It seems like more and more people are abusing the "service dog" rules.

I say you are not even the tail of the dog but a flea on the tail of the dog. 

But the reality may be that the tenant hasn't paid in two months, or pays 20 days late every month, or their dog is destroying the carpet, etc.There are literally hundreds of threads explaining the dangers of buying a property with existing renters.

Hey @Dipika Mulchandani, I don't have a dog in this fight, but there is a constant stream of articles about lack of LTRs in that area.

The backyard is fenced and on half an acre so that could be a big perk for dog lovers.

They don't evaluate the actual floorplan, quality of finishes, view out the living room window, yard condition, the barking dogs next door, or hundreds of other data points.
