Of course, there should be surveilance cameras in the laundry room to give residents a feeling of security late at night, and also to discourage theft and vandalism.

She has to pay in cash because of cyber stalking, id theft etc.  

Cyber command has a lot of their people here already but they have plans to increase their workforce even more!!!

Don't forewarn your stalker by using obvious video cameras.Get a motion-activated COVERT surveillance camera that contains its own power source and DVR.

Sometimes a tenant will want to install their own security system for their unit and the landlord will want to install a security & surveillance system for the outside premises, especially in the case of a multiplex.Seems it would be a good idea to establish a policy as to how you would handle security system requests from tenants.  

I do IT and am in the process of trying to get into cyber security.
