Its a downsouth mainly industrie. lucky for me i dont think my competion has realized the potential of online advertising and what a cookie can do 🤔🤔 so i am gonna use it to my advantage..

What has happened is we have put our hands in multiple cookie jars without the thought of how much time it will take from us to realize those profits.In other folks experience what is the best way to free yourself from this conundrum?

Im planning on refinancing all 7 of my duplexes and 2 single-family homes I have on contract now into a single commercial loan in the next 18-24 months.Small banks can be so much more flexible than the cookie cutter programs.Good luck and post some updates as it all unfolds.
